  • Minimum age: Sale prohibited to under 18 years old.

  • Product destination: Exclusively for culinary, gastronomic, and pastry uses.

  • The company reserves the right to verify the buyer's age and request additional documentation for wholesale orders.

3) Purchase conditions

  • By placing an order, you declare that the provided data is truthful and complete.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in case of lack of stock, incorrect information, or suspected misuse.

  • For wholesale orders, commercial activity verification (KYC) may be required.

4) Prices and payments

  • All prices include applicable taxes according to current regulations.

  • Available payment methods: those indicated on the website (card, PayPal, Stripe, or other enabled).

  • Payment is made at the time of purchase. Unpaid orders may be canceled.

5) Shipping and deliveries

  • Shipping area: Spain, France, and other European Union countries.

  • Delivery times: approximate; depend on logistics and the carrier.

  • All shipments include a tracking number and, in the case of pressurized products, may require delivery with signature.

  • In case of an incident, the customer must notify within 24–48 hours attaching evidence (photos or video).

  • Products are intended exclusively for culinary uses.

  • Its recreational use or any purpose other than gastronomic is strictly prohibited.

  • The buyer is responsible for the safe storage, handling, and disposal of the products according to current regulations.

  • DHBI DISTRIBUTOR is not responsible for misuse.

7) Returns and refunds policy

  • Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from receipt, provided the product has not been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

  • For safety reasons, returns are not accepted for pressurized products that do not meet these conditions.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

  • To request a return, contact info@picalmayor.com indicating order number and photographic evidence.

8) Legal warranty

  • Products come with a legal warranty according to applicable regulations.

  • Damages resulting from improper storage or misuse are not covered.

9) Conduct on the website

  • Fraudulent use, order manipulation, or attempts of cyberattack are prohibited.

  • The company may suspend accounts or cancel orders in case of non-compliance.

10) Limitation of liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or incidents attributable to third parties (carriers, payment gateways, etc.).

  • We guarantee that all products comply with European regulations and have passed reasonable quality controls.

DHBI DISTRIBUITOR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will always be the one published on this page, with the date of last revision.

12) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the European Union and France.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris (France), except for mandatory consumer protection rules.
